This treaty expresses the longstanding friendship between the Kingdom of Mistveil, the Empire of Borea and the Empire of Haradren by a formal alliance.
The allies oblige themselves to come to each other's aid, to their respective capabilities, in case any of them or the protectorates of Teserya, Canada and Santa Maria Magdalena de la Villa Rica are attacked. The allies agree that in order to add new protectorates to the treaty, the approval of both other parties is needed.
They agree to share any information pertaining to their direct security, and other diplomatic knowledge if possible. In case any of the allies wish to sign a military treaty with any other power, they are required to inform the other allies and take into serious consideration their opinion.
Furthermore, they agree to open up their internal markets to each other.
This agreement binds the parties upon signature. Each may choose to unilaterally withdraw from it with a prior notice of at least 1 month. The right to withdraw is suspended in case of an ongoing conflict. Unless parties withdraw from the treaty in this way, it will remain valid regardless of a change of rulership and regardless of any joining of one signatory under another signatory's banner.
Signed
His Imperial Majesty, Theodore Miridian of Borea
